Stage 1-3 includes JZW-PPC HAND HELD TUNER-COST 499 USD Intercoolers ETS Intercooler 9-3, ng900 - Call for price Largest plug and play intercooler that will fit on a ng900 or 9-3 (to 2003) This intercooler is huge, the core alone measures 23.5x8x3.5 and will plug into the stock location using the viggen cross flow intercooler hoses. The inlet/outlet intercooler tubes are 2-3/8" and the stock intercooler piping will connect to the ETS intercooler. Along with a 3" dp, free flow cat and our tuned ECU, the ETS intercooler will further aid the ECU’s ability to pull power out of the engine. This is a proven intercooler that has supported our ng900 with 513whp sae in Denver and many other large hp cars. The intercooler is a must do when increasing the power above the Stage 3 level. The power will be available through many more gears and not just one or two as with the stock viggen intercooler. It’s not about having more power with a large intercooler, it’s about having more power for a longer period of time. ETS Intercooler - 9000 - Call for price The Extreme Turbo Systems Saab 9000 intercooler unit features smooth flowing cast tanks and a highly efficient bar and plate core. The core is 100% vacuum brazed, and features louvered external fins, and a very fine internal fin pack. To attain the maximum efficiency possible, the internal fins are offset and staggered to get every possible air molecule to "scrub" up against an internal fin so that the heat may be transferred to the external fins and carried away from the intercooler. It is this unique design that allows this ETS intercooler to attain an 83% efficiency rating. A 300 HP there is only a .9 PSI drop! As well as being extremely efficient, these cores have a very high flow rate of 1030 CFM at 1.5 PSI, allowing it to handle as much boost as the engine is configured withstand. Further, the core is rated for 690 crank HP! All from an intercooler is designed to fit into the stock location! The construction of the intercooler is second to none. The vacuum brazed bar and plate core is very rugged and can withstand rock and other debris that can easily dent other types of cores. To complement a fine core, custom cast Aluminum 356 End Tanks are used. These end tanks are deburred, shot peened and then Tig welded to the core. Each core is visually inspected and pressure checked to 35psi before shipment to ensure fault free operation.
